SHIPPING INFO

We ship to most countries throughout the world - we are a UK based company and use printing partners based in the UK who make all our orders - any purchases customers make outside the UK will be subject to higher postage costs, for now customers will be liable for covering any extra taxes that their country of origin/purchase from imposes* - we hope to be able to cover this cost in future - see more below.

Postal Costs (dependent on size, weight & number of items ordered):

  • UK Standard - £2.95 (all items)

  • Europe Standard - Small £3.95 / Medium £7.95 / Large £9.95

  • US & Canada - Small & Medium £2.95 / Large £9.95 (inc taxes)

  • International (Outside Europe) Standard - Small £4.95 /  Medium £9.95 / Large £14.95

 

All costs are approximate as prices vary depending on country and date or purchase - prices correct as Feb 2021 your basket will calsulate your shipping cost automatically for you before checkout.

 

Please note production lead times DO NOT include shipping times unless within the UK or otherwise stated.

*Extra Shipping & Custom's charges - we would rather not leave our customers to pay for this but as we are a small business we cannot currently afford to cover this overseas (exc. US & Canada - we ship from a supplier within this region so no taxes/extra charges will be applied). We are working on getting printer partners in other countries to bring down shipping costs outside the UK for our valued overseas customers. Watch this space! 

RETURNS POLICY

  • All items are made to order therefore if you cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase we will do our best to cancel and refund – however this is not guaranteed.

  • If you wish to cancel after 12 hours past purchase time or return your item only partial refunds will be payable (base cost of production and materials used will still be charged for as we use a partner for our printing) and the item must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt.

  • The product(s) must be in the same condition that you receive it; undamaged in any way and should be sent along with the packing slip. 

  • You, the buyer, will be responsible for paying the return postage fee. We would recommend the use of a tracked service as we cannot accept responsibility for items not received. 

  • Once the prints have been shipped, please kindly advise us of any tracking reference if available

  • After we receive your item, our team will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you have used during the purchase. Please allow 5-7 working days for the funds to be returned to your account. We ask that you keep a record of the receipt for future reference.

  • If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for any refund.

Brexit & Covid-19 Impact:

  • Please be aware shipping time may be slightly longer due to shipping restrictions at this time. There are cases of potential complications but we are following all correct protocol.
